Quotes are valid 14 days unless stated otherwise. Production starts after written approval and deposit. Deliverables are licensed for the media, territory, and term in the quote. Music, likeness, brand assets, and legal clearances supplied by the client remain the client’s responsibility. AI-assisted production does not transfer third-party model licences beyond the agreed use.
